My personal take on this song was someone talking to their father, and telling their father that they couldn’t judge too much because they are very similar.
All time favorite artist and song. I got to see him in Concert in 2016 at the big concert with Paul Mc Cartney and other old timers in Indio, Ca. This came out when I was in my twenties.
